Research you can act on
Interviews, usage data and task analysis with real users in Kerala, turned into a prioritised list of what to change.
We design digital product layouts and visual brand styles that look modern and guide users to buy. Cluttered design confuses visitors and causes high bounce rates. Clean design makes decisions easy for visitors, guiding them naturally to inquire or purchase.

Product design from Kochi for software that people in Kerala actually use: a hospital’s patient app, a school’s parent portal, an NBFC’s loan journey, a distributor’s dealer app, a startup’s SaaS product, and the billing screen a clerk stares at for eight hours. Research with real users, flows and prototypes tested on the phones they own, visual design, and a design system in Malayalam and English that the engineers, often our own, can build from without guessing.
The failure mode we see most is a product designed for the founder rather than the user: on a large monitor, in English, on office Wi-Fi, by people who already know how it works. The user is on a mid-range Android phone in Malayalam on a patchy connection and has never seen it before. Research replaces assumption with what users actually do, and testing on real devices finds the problems before the engineers build them in.
Brand styling is the same discipline applied to the product’s identity: type for both scripts, colour, components and the rules that keep the product recognisably yours as it grows from one screen to two hundred.
We design for Infopark and Technopark startups, NBFCs and fintech, hospitals, schools and colleges, developers and the internal tools of trading and manufacturing businesses.
Interviews, usage data and task analysis with real users in Kerala, turned into a prioritised list of what to change.
The structure of the product decided before visual design, reviewed with the people who will use it.
Tested with users on the devices they own, in Malayalam and English, before a line of code is written.
Components, tokens and patterns for both languages, documented so the product stays consistent as it grows.
Type chosen for the script, and screens tested with Malayalam strings at their real length.
Contrast, touch targets, keyboard and screen reader support built in.
Specifications, assets and a component library engineers can build from, with the designer staying in the sprint.
The events and funnels that will tell you whether the design worked.

Infopark and KSUM-backed products that need a designed experience before the next round.
Loan, deposit and payment flows where trust, speed and RBI disclosure have to coexist.
Patient and clinician interfaces where clarity and error prevention matter.
Student, parent and faculty products used on the phones families actually own.
ERP, CRM and operations screens that staff use for hours a day.
Products for a Kerala audience on mid-range Android in Malayalam and English.
Research, design and handoff for a defined product or release.
A designer working inside your product team month to month.
Design carried through to engineering by the same team.
Product decisions in Kerala companies are usually made in a meeting room by the people with the most authority, which is not the same as the people with the most information. A week of research replaces that: structured interviews with real users, session recordings and analytics where a product already exists, and a task analysis of what people are actually trying to do and where it breaks. The output is not a report. It is a short, prioritised list of what to change, and it usually surprises the room.
We run the research in Malayalam where that is the user’s language, on the devices they own, with the people the product is for.
With real users, in their language, about what they actually do.
Analytics and recordings where the product exists.
Step by step, with the failures marked.
Prioritised changes the team can act on.
Malayalam strings run longer than English and need different type to be legible on a small screen. A Rs 8,000 Android phone renders animation differently from a MacBook. A patchy network means loading and offline states are part of the design, not something the engineer improvises. Touch targets, contrast and error recovery matter more when the user is new, older, in a hurry or in bright sunlight outside a hospital.
We design for that reality from the first wireframe and test every prototype on real phones with real users before a line of code is written.
Designed and tested with real Malayalam content.
Prototypes tried on mid-range Android and iPhones.
Designed as part of every flow.
Contrast, touch targets and screen readers handled.
Kerala’s NBFCs, gold loan companies, chit funds and cooperatives put products in front of customers that are regulated in what they may say and how. A loan or deposit journey has to earn trust, move fast enough that the customer completes it, and carry the disclosures RBI and the sector require, in Malayalam and English, on one small screen. Design that hides the disclosure fails compliance; design that leads with it kills completion. The work is in the sequencing.
We design regulated flows with the rules mapped to screens from the first wireframe, test them for comprehension as well as completion, and document the reasoning so compliance can sign off without reopening the design.
Disclosure and consent requirements mapped to screens early.
Users asked whether they understood, not just whether they finished.
The right information at the right moment.
So compliance approves rather than reopens.
The billing counter at a jewellery showroom, the admission desk at a hospital, the stock screen in a godown, the collections app in a field agent’s hand: these interfaces are used for hours a day by people who were never asked how they should work. The cost shows up as errors, training time and workarounds on paper. Designing them properly is often the highest-return design work a business can buy, because the users are captive and the volume is enormous.
We observe the work as it is done, map the tasks, remove steps from the ones done most, design so mistakes are hard to make and easy to undo, and test with the staff who will live in the result. Because Infynix builds the software too, the design system becomes the code.
Watching the work at the counter and in the godown.
Clicks and fields removed from the tasks done most.
Mistakes hard to make and easy to undo.
The system built by the same team that designed it.
Infynix Solutions is registered separately in India, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This page covers India. The same service, written for the other markets:
We start with wireframes, design high-fidelity layouts in Figma, test usability, and hand off clean files for development.
Yes. Prototypes are tested with real users, in Malayalam where that is their language, on the phones they own, before engineering begins, and the findings change the design.
Yes. Layouts are designed and tested with Malayalam content, which runs longer than English and needs different type, so the product works properly in both languages.
Yes. Loan and deposit journeys are designed with RBI and sector disclosure rules mapped to screens from the first wireframe, tested for comprehension as well as completion, and documented for compliance sign-off.
Yes, where the client wants one team. Infynix builds web and mobile software, so the design carries through to engineering without a handoff gap and the design system becomes a code library.
A one to two week review of an existing product against usage data, heuristics and user tasks, producing a prioritised list of what to fix and why. It is the fastest way to find where a product is losing users.
Yes, and it is often the highest-return work: billing, admissions, stock and collections screens designed from observation, with fewer steps and error prevention, and tested with the staff who use them.
Yes. An embedded designer works inside your team month to month, in your tools and your sprints, with capacity scoped to the roadmap.
Yes. We work in your workspace where you have one, with a component library and design tokens your engineers and future designers can inherit.
A UX audit takes one to two weeks, research and product definition two to four, and full product design four to ten depending on scope. An embedded designer works month to month.
Yes. Parent and student products are designed for the phones families actually own, in Malayalam and English, tested with parents before engineering, and often built by the same team.
