Custom web applications
Operational systems, portals and dashboards on React, Next.js and Node.js with role-based access and the integrations a Kerala business runs on.
Infynix Growth Solutions builds custom web apps, AI software workflows, and real-time AI security systems. Manual workflows and disconnected software tools slow down daily business operations. Scaling requires custom software tools that automate routine work and connect your operations.

Infynix Growth Solutions is the engineering division of Infynix Solutions in India, working from Oberon Mall in Edappally, Kochi. We build and run the systems Kerala businesses operate on: ERP and CRM, custom web and mobile applications, integrations between the tools a company already owns, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, business automation and the AI features that remove manual work. And we build the sites and systems the marketing and media divisions send their campaigns to.
The division was formed around a pattern we kept meeting. A Kerala business that had grown well past its tools: Tally for the accounts, a spreadsheet for stock, a WhatsApp group for orders, a website that Google could not read, and one overworked person reconciling all of it. The company did not need a dozen new products. It needed the tools it had to work together, the spreadsheets to become a system, and someone accountable for the whole thing.
Every engagement starts with an audit that answers three questions honestly: what to replace, what to integrate, and what to leave alone. Tally is almost always in the third category. From there the work is scoped, priced and delivered in sprints with a working demo every two weeks, migrated without stopping the business, and supported under a service level agreement with a phone that is answered.
Indian requirements are designed in rather than added later: GST and e-invoicing, the DPDP Act, UPI and cash on delivery, Malayalam interfaces, Indian cloud regions. Engineering capacity comes from Kochi with our UAE and UK teams behind it.

Inventory, purchasing, multi-godown stock and GST invoicing in one system, with Tally fed automatically.
Patient management, scheduling, billing, insurance and multi-branch reporting with health data handled carefully.
Unit inventory, booking, payment schedules, K-RERA reporting and CRM from lead to handover.
Admissions, student records, fees with online payment, parent apps and reporting for schools and colleges.
Dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, driver apps and customer portals connected to billing.
Product builds for Infopark, Technopark and KSUM-backed companies that need a senior team without hiring one.
A paid review of current systems with a written plan of what to replace, integrate and leave alone.
Discovery produces a specification and a fixed price for a defined system.
A named team working through your roadmap in two-week sprints.
SLA-backed support and improvement for everything we run, including systems we inherit.
The audit is two to three weeks of looking properly. We map every system, spreadsheet and manual step the business runs on, trace how an order, an invoice, a customer and an approval actually move through it, interview the people who move them, and review hosting, backups, security and compliance against GST and the DPDP Act. The output is a costed roadmap, ordered by return and by disruption, that says what to replace, what to integrate and what to leave alone.
The roadmap is the client’s whether or not we do the work. Most find that the first three items pay for the audit several times over, and a few learn that they need much less than they feared.
Every tool, spreadsheet and manual step documented.
How work actually moves, with the people who move it.
Hosting, backups, security, GST and DPDP gaps.
Replace, integrate or leave, in order, with numbers.
Certain things are true of every system we build here, and they are settled before the first sprint rather than discovered during it. Invoices carry the GST fields and the place of supply is decided by the system. E-invoice and e-way bill integration is ready for the day the business crosses the threshold. Tally receives postings automatically. UPI, cards and cash on delivery are reconciled properly. WhatsApp Business API carries the notifications. Interfaces work in Malayalam on a mid-range phone. Personal data is handled to the DPDP Act and hosted in Indian regions.
None of this is a feature. It is the floor, and a vendor who treats it as an add-on is charging for something the business was entitled to expect.
Compliant documents and GSP integration designed in.
The ledger stays with the accountant.
UPI, COD and the Business API handled properly.
Bilingual screens, consent and residency by default.
Two very different clients use the same division. A startup in Infopark or a KSUM company wants a senior team shipping a product in eight-week releases with an architecture the in-house hires can inherit. A family trading business in Broadway that has run the same way for thirty years wants a system introduced without a single day’s interruption, in Malayalam, with the accountant untouched and the storekeeper convinced. Both get the same engineering practice and a different pace.
For the startup, that means documented architecture, automated deployment and a team that can hand over. For the family business, it means rehearsed migration, staged rollout, training on the floor and engineers on site for the first days live.
Senior team, fast releases, architecture documented for the hires to come.
Staged, rehearsed, on the floor, with the accountant untouched.
Sprints, demos, tested backups and handover for both.
Set by the business, not by us.
Most software relationships in Kerala end the same way: the developer who built it moved on, the agency stopped answering, and the business is left with a system nobody understands. Our managed support runs on a service level agreement with named response and resolution times, monitoring that pages a person, backups that have been restored, security basics kept current, a monthly allowance for the small improvements that keep a system fit, and documentation good enough that another team could take over.
We inherit systems built by others after an honest assessment, and we build our own so that nobody is ever locked to us.
Response and resolution times in writing.
Problems reach a person before they reach a customer.
An allowance for the changes that keep a system fit.
Documentation and handover built for a future without us.
Infynix Solutions is registered separately in India, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This page covers India. The same service, written for the other markets:
We build with modern frameworks like React 19, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Vercel.
A map of every system and manual step, a trace of how work actually moves, a review of hosting, backups, security and GST and DPDP gaps, and a costed roadmap of what to replace, integrate and leave alone. It is yours whether or not we do the work.
No. Tally almost always stays as the ledger, fed automatically from the operational system, so the accountant keeps the tool they know.
Yes. Compliant documents, place of supply logic and GSP integration for e-invoices and e-way bills are part of every business system we build.
Yes. Infopark, Technopark and KSUM-backed companies use us as a senior engineering team, on a dedicated or fixed-scope basis, with the architecture documented so their own hires can take over.
Yes. Migration is rehearsed, rollout is staged, training happens on the floor in Malayalam and English, and engineers are at your premises for the first days live. The accountant and Tally are left alone.
In Indian cloud regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, chosen in discovery with the DPDP Act and your clients’ requirements in mind, with backups in region.
Yes, after an assessment of the code, infrastructure and documentation. We say honestly what we find and take it on under a support agreement if it is workable.
Third floor, Oberon Mall, Padivattom, Edappally, Kochi 682024. Engineers work on site across Kerala for discovery, migration and go-live, with our UAE and UK teams behind them for the sprints between.
